Congratulations to Jake Rollins for winning his 2nd career PBA Regional title by taking home this weekend's PBA Bowlers Supply/Storm Open from Colony Park Lanes North in York, PA.
Rollins started off solidly, posting games of 214, 234, 246, 215, 258, 229, 249 and 218 to qualify first headed into the match play rounds. In match play he went 8-3, rolling games of 244, 234, 209, 225, 237, 269, 249, 237, 170, 242 and 235. Those scores had him in 2nd place with one game to go, trailing Alex Cavagnaro by 8 pins. However, in the final game, Rollins rolled a 243 to Cavagnaro's 223 to take home the win. This was also Alex's 2nd consecutive second place Regional finish.
Anthony Neuer rolled the lone 300 of the tournament. Rounding out the top ten in order were Adam Zimmerman, Ryan Galli, Andrew Hall, Anthony Pepe, Neuer, John Furey, Ernie Lukacs Jr. and Jeffery Mannering.
